创新创业比赛的人才培养探索——以自动化专业为例

摘　　要：为了提升学生的创新创业能力,以本院自动化专业为研究对象,分析了该专业在创新创业方面的优势以及专业课程特点。提出了以创新创业大赛为重要输出、以专业课程中的学生作品为产品进行创新创业训练的培养模式。通过为期1年的培养模式测试,结果显示,学生的获奖率、真实创业率等数据均高于往届,即该培养模式的制定和实施达到了优化学生创新创业能力的目的,可以在此基础上继续进行完善并进一步推广。in order to improve the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of students.Taking the automation major of our college as the research object,this paper analyzes the advantages of this major in innovation and entrepreneurship and the characteristics of professional courses.This paper puts forward the training mode of innovation and entrepreneurship training with innovation and entrepreneurship competition as the important output and students’works in professional courses as products.Through a one-year training model test,the results show that the students’award-winning rate,real entrepreneurship rate and other data are higher than those of previous years,that is to say,the formulation and implementation of the training model achieve the purpose of optimizing students’innovation and entrepreneurship ability.On this basis,we can continue to improve and further promote.
