摘  要:以近年来食品安全检测样品前处理研究为基础,探索了一个由科研成果"改进QuEChERS法提取测定水产品中邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂"设计转化而成的研究型仪器分析实验。以环境友好的改进型QuEChERS前处理技术,结合气相色谱-质谱法,成功检测了水产品中邻苯二甲酸酯(PAEs)。在教学实践中学生全程参与了实验项目的文献检索、实验设计及实验结果与讨论等工作,激发了学生的学习热情与学习主动性,同时也提高了学生的科研能力与论文写作能力。Based on the research of sample pretreatment for food safety testing in recent years, a research-oriented instrument analysis experiment was designed and transformed from the scientific research achievement "improved QuEChERS method to extract and determine phthalate plasticizers in aquatic products". A novel and environmental-friendly method for the analysis of phthalate esters(PAEs) in aquatic products was developed using the modified QuEChERS approach followed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) method. In teaching practice, students participated in the whole procedures of literature review, experimental design and results discussion, which stimulated students’ enthusiasm and initiative in learning, and also improved students’ scientific research ability and thesis writing ability.
