美国营利性与非营利性私立高校办学差异探析

摘　　要：美国高等教育的发展极其多样,营利性与非营利性私立高校分类发展、错位竞争是其显著特征。营利性与非营利性私立高校存在显著的办学差异,除法人性质不同之外,在入学群体、经费收支、教师权益、发展道路和产出结果等方面均呈现不同特征,应避免简单地将美国私立高等教育机构视为单一实体而笼统分析的弊端。The development of higher education in the United States is extremely diverse, and the classified development and staggered competition of for-profit and non-profit private universities are the distinguishing features. There are significant differences in school-running of for-profit and non-profit private universities. In addition to the different nature of legal persons, they have different characteristics in terms of enrollment group, income and expenditure, teachers’ rights, development path and output. It is thus necessary to avoid the shortcomings of simple and general analysis of American private higher education institutions as a single entity.
