摘　　要：我国普通高校本科生导师制在当前发展中存在一些问题,概括为根本问题、保障问题和外部环境问题.进一步改善本科生生导师制,需要坚持实事求是、需求导向、精英人才培养、以人为本的原则,加强顶层设计、明确定位和目标、加强监督和指导.本文改善策略的研究为后续本科生导师制模式研究提供指导.There are some problems in the current development of undergraduate tutorial system in China,which can be summarized as fundamental problems,security problems and external environment problems.To further improve the tutorial system for undergraduate students,we need to adhere to the principles of seeking truth from facts,demand orientation,elite talent training and people-oriented,strengthen top-level design,clear positioning and objectives,and strengthen supervision and guidance.The research of improvement strategies in this paper provides guidance for the following research on the tutorial system model of undergraduates.
