摘  要:大学担负着国家创新型人才培养的重任,构建创新型人才培养导向的教学模式是创新型人才培养的重要途径.转变教学理念、以学生为本、建立良好的师生关系是构建创新型人才培养导向教学模式的前提;课堂发言、课堂辩论、分组讨论、课堂笔记、阅读专业刊物、撰写读书笔记、案例学习与编写和加强学习过程的考核与评价等是探索创新型人才培养导向的教学模式应采取的教学方法和手段.The university bears the important task of cultivating national innovative talents,and constructing an innovative talent-oriented teaching model is an important way to cultivate innovative talents.Changing teaching concepts,putting students first,and establishing a good teacher-student relationship are the prerequisites for constructing an innovative talent-oriented teaching model;classroom speeches,class debates,group discussions,class notes,reading professional journals,writing reading notes,case study and compiling and strengthening the assessment and evaluation of the learning process are the teaching methods and methods that should be adopted to explore the teaching mode of innovative talent training.
