摘　　要：本文通过学习教育部、科技部联合发文,《关于规范高校SCI论文相关指标使用,树立正确评价导向的若干意见的文件》,对照文件要求,分析了在学位授予中存在的此类问题。就如何面对新形势调整学位授予标准,提高学位授予质量,提出了一些对策和建议。In this paper, through the study of the document jointly issued by the Ministry of education and the Ministry of science and technology, the document on standardizing the use of relevant indicators of SCI papers in Colleges and universities and establishing a correct evaluation orientation, this paper analyzes such problems in degree awarding by comparing with the requirements of the document. This paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to adjust the standards of degree awarding and improve the quality of degree awarding in the face of the new situation.
