基于复合型紧缺人才培养的盾构施工技术专业建设实践与创新

摘　　要：在城市轨道交通工程建设井喷发展,盾构施工技术人才极度紧缺,新时代现代化高职教育发展对技术技能人才培养规格提出更高要求的背景下,陕西铁路工程职业技术学院地下与隧道工程技术(盾构施工)专业(以下简称盾构施工技术)顺应地铁建设市场潮流而生,借助国家职业教育发展战略趋势而长。本专业围绕复合型技术技能人才培养需求,创新人才培养新模式,明晰能力递进培养路径,重构模块化课程体系,将创新创业与课程思政教育理念融入育人全过程,搭建信息化课程建设框架,制作颗粒化教学资源,完善实践教学条件,组建复合型专兼职教学团队,打造优质专业学生社团,助力复合型人才培养质量显著提升。经过实践探索,专业规模日渐扩大,专业品牌塑造明显。Under the background of the blowout development of urban rail transit engineering construction, the extreme shortage of shield construction technical personnel, and the higher requirements of the modern higher vocational education development in the new era for the technical personnel training specifications, the underground and Tunnel Engineering Technology(shield construction) specialty of Shaanxi Railway Institute(hereinafter referred to as shield construction technology) follows the trend of the subway construction market with the help of national vocational education development strategy. This major focuses on the training needs of compound technical and technical talents, innovates the new mode of talent training, clarifies the ability progressive training path, reconstructs the modular curriculum system, integrates the ideas of innovation and entrepreneurship and ideological and political education into the whole process of education, builds the framework of informationbased curriculum construction, makes granular teaching resources, improves practical teaching conditions, and establishes a compound full-time and part-time teaching team, We will build high-quality professional student associations to significantly improve the training quality of composite talents. After practical exploration, the scale of the specialty is expanding day by day,and the professional brand building is obvious.
