摘  要:新时代党中央对高校国防教育工作提出了的新要求,"三全育人"中全员育人、全过程育人、全方位育人的思想为高校国防教育课程建设提供了新视角。高校在开展国防教育课程的建设过程中取得了明显成绩也凸显出不足,基于"三全育人"的理念下,对高校大学生国防教育课程的理念站位、课程设置以及课程教学途径等方面进行全面建设,提高教学实效,建立课程建设长效机制。In the new era, the Party Central Committee has put forward new requirements for the national defense education in Colleges and universities. The thought of "three complete education", i.e. all-round education, all-round education and allround education, provides a new perspective for the construction of national defense education curriculum in colleges and universities. In the course of developing national defense education courses, colleges and universities have made obvious achievements and highlighted deficiencies. Based on the concept of "three complete education", colleges and universities carry out comprehensive construction in the concept of national defense education courses, curriculum setting and teaching approaches,improve teaching effectiveness, and establish a long-term mechanism for curriculum construction.
