摘　　要：为了节能降耗,降低制造成本,提升自卸车产品性能,本文基于CAE建模分析,应用高强度钢板设计,实现了自卸车车箱轻量化的研究。在满足强度要求的前提下总质量减少了10%,达到了轻量化目的。In order to save energy and reduce consumption,reduce manufacturing costs,and improve the performance of dump truck products,this paper based on CAE modeling and analysis,studies the use of high-strength steel plate design,which helps achieve the lightweight dump truck box.The study fi nds on the premise of meeting the strength requirements,the total mass was reduced by 10%,achieving the purpose of lightweighting.
