摘　　要：经济社会的快速发展以及转型升级需要大批高素质的技术技能型人才做保障。职业院校教育应该适应并引领经济社会发展对人才的要求,探索出切实有效的人才培养方法,促进教育教学质量的提高。因此,需要学校的管理部门和管理者以及作为教育教学主体的教师和学生,共同内外兼修,形成合力。The rapid development,transformation and upgrading of the economic society needs a large number of high-quality technical and skilled personnel as a guarantee.It is an important issue how vocational college education will adapt to and lead the requirements of economic society development,and explore practical and effective qualified personnel training methods to promote the improvement of education and teaching quality.It requires the school’s administration,administrators,teachers and students as the main body of education and teaching to put effort together into their internal&external cultivation and form a joint force.
