摘  要:印度中等教育证书考试制度具有专业独立的组织管理、灵活多样的评价模式、科学透明的赋分体系、公平高效的招录方案等优势特征,较好地体现了印度在追求教育公平、提升中等教育质量、鼓励学生全面发展方面的决心。对印度中等教育证书考试制度的介绍与分析,可以为我国初中学业水平考试制度的改革和完善提供积极的参考与借鉴:转变政府教育管理职能,完善考试评价制度;落实招考“三方”自主权,建立多元化录取机制;完善考试公平保障机制,健全法制化申诉制度。Indian certificate of secondary education examination is characterized by independent organization management,flexible and diverse assessment models,scientific and transparent scoring system,fair and efficient recruitment program,which reflects its determination to pursue education equality,the improvement of education quality,and students’all-round development.Introduction and analysis of Indian certificate of secondary education examination have been made in this paper,which draws enlightenment for the reform and improvement of the academic test for high schools in China.Besides,it also sheds light into the transformation of government’s education function and improvement of evaluation system.Furthermore,the autonomy of the“three parties”in Indian certificate of secondary education examination should be implemented and diversified admission system should also be established.What’s more,education systemfor upholding fairness and justice,and appealing system need to be perfected.
