摘  要:随着精英教育向大众教育的过渡,高教改革不断深人,高校所面对的学生群体发生深刻变化:学生数量激增、兴趣需求多元、层次素质不一,这些变化使高校学生管理已不再适应单纯依靠辅导员的工作模式。高校班主任同样是高校教育思想和育人理念的贯彻者,是高校开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,是大学生健康成长的指导者和引路人。本文以山东农业大学林学院为例,积极探索适应新时代的班主任"一二三六"工作新模式,进一步提高高校思想政治教育工作的效率和质量,为学生的成长成才保驾护航。With the transition from elite education to mass education the continuous reform of higher education,the student groups in colleges and universities have undergone profound changes:the number of students has surged,the interests and needs are diverse,and the levels of qualities are different.These changes These changes have made college student management no longer adaptable to the working model of relying solely on counselors.Class supervisors are also the implementers of the educational thoughts and educational concepts of colleges and universities,the backbone of colleges and universities to carry out the ideological and political education,and the guide for the healthy growth of college students.This article takes the Forestry College of Shandong Agricultural University as an example,and actively explores the"1-2-3-6"new working model to further enhance the efficiency and quality of ideological and political education,and contribute to the growth of students.
