新时代高校思想政治理论课教师教学能力发展路径探析

摘　　要：新时代高校思想政治理论课是落实立德树人根本任务的关键课程,落实习近平总书记"办好思想政治理论课关键在教师"的指示,必须加强思想政治课教师队伍建设。通过牢牢把准教师教学能力发展的政治方向、优化教师教学能力发展环境、提高教师教学能力发展的软实力、锤炼教师教学能力发展的硬功夫,形成新时代高校思想政治理论课教师教学能力发展路径,不断提升思想政治课教师的教学能力,更好地发挥教师在立德树人根本任务中的关键作用。In the new era,the Ideological and Political Theory course is the key course to implement the basic task of strengthening moral education and cultivating people.It is necessary to implement the instructions from the General Secretary Xi Jinping,"the key to teachers in Ideological and Political Theory courses"and strengthen the building of Ideological and political teaching staff.By firmly holding the political direction of the development of the teaching ability of the candidates,optimizing the environment for the development of the teaching ability of the teachers,improving the soft power of the development of the teaching ability of the teachers,and tempering the hard work of the development of the teaching ability of the teachers,we can form the development path of the teaching ability of the Ideological and Political Theory in the new era,constantly improve the teaching ability of the Ideological and Political Theory,and better play the fundamental role of the teachers in the moral education in the mission.
