晚清民国西北行记的精神呈现

摘　　要：晚清民国西北行记多层次展现了西北社会各界的优良精神风貌,在行记作者笔下,一些西北上层人物对于自身使命有自觉意识,对时代主潮持理解态度,对国家统一、民族团结也能坚定维护。由于不少行记作者曾接受过现代文明的洗礼,他们注意发掘普通移民、欧美传教士、科教界优秀分子乃至红色革命者投身开发建设西北事业时所表现出的优良精神品格。在与西北普通民众的广泛接触中,行记作者被他们的淳朴善良与坚毅顽强打动,竭力发掘其中所蕴含的精神富矿。行记作者万里远游,他们的笔记本身,也彰显了一类现代知识分子对于家国天下的使命担当以及所受到的精神淬炼与提升,证明了西北大地对于培育伟大民族精神和崭新时代精神,能起到重要作用。西北行记的精神书写,让行记文体在19世纪末20世纪初获得了新的生命。In the late Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China,the northwest travelogues showed the fine spirit and features of various circles in northwest society at various levels.In the works of the travelogues,some upper class people in northwest China had a conscious awareness of their own mission and an understanding attitude towards the main trend of the times,and they steadfastly safeguarded the national unity.As many writers of the travelogues had been baptized by modern civilization,they paid much attention to the exploration of ordinary immigrants,European and American missionaries,outstanding members of the scientific and educational circles and even the red revolutionaries when they devoted themselves to the cause of development and construction in northwest China.In wide contact with the ordinary people in northwest China,the writers of travelogues were moved by their simple kindness and perseverance,and tried their best to invent the spiritual wealth contained in them.The travelogues,written by the writers who had traveled thousands of miles,also highlighted the mission of a class of modern intellectuals to the country and the world,as well as the spiritual refinement and promotion they had received.It was proved that the northwest land could play an important role in cultivating the great national spirit and the brand-new spirit of the times.The spiritual writing of travelogues in northwest China gave a new life to the style of travelogues at the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century.
