摘 要:文章依据《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》及相关的产品技术法规,通过建立动物模型实验、动物喂养和游泳实验、血液生化分析,研究芦笋汁辅助降血脂、降血糖、缓解体力疲劳之保健功效作用和生理学机制;定期监测芦笋汁中目标功效成分的含量,研究芦笋汁的稳定性和保持期限,为研发系列芦笋保健产品提供数据和技术支持。Based on the Technical Specifications for Inspection and Evaluation of Health Food and related product technical regulations,this project has studied the use of asparagus juice to assist in lowering blood fat,low blood sugar and alleviating physical fatigue through the establishment of animal model tests,animal feeding and swimming tests,and blood biochemical analysis.The health care function and physiological mechanism;regularly monitor the content of target functional ingredients in asparagus juice,study the stability and retention period of asparagus juice,and provide data and technical support for the development of a series of asparagus health products.
