摘　　要：目的通过对我院研究人员的临床试验培训需求、知识掌握程度、医院管理存在问题进行调查,为药物临床试验培训管理提出合理建议。方法采用文献回顾与问卷调查相结合,对249名研究人员的问卷数据进行统计和分析。结果不同岗位研究人员的培训需求不同;不同职称、岗位人员临床试验知识掌握程度也不同;培训管理方面以培训实施过程存在的问题较多。结论加强对临床试验培训全过程管理,提高培训的质量和效率。Objective To put forward reasonable suggestions for the training management of drug clinical trials through investigating the needs of clinical trial training,mastery of knowledge and problems in hospital management of the researchers in our hospital. Methods The data of 249 researchers were analyzed by literature review and questionnaire survey.Results It shows training needs vary among researchers with different titles and posts,whose mastery of clinical trial knowledge is also different. There were many problems in training management during the implementation process of training. Conclusion To strengthen the whole process management of clinical trial training,and improve the quality and efficiency of training.
