关于加强高校文化建设的几点思考

摘　　要：文化建设在高校建设发展和履行职能任务上具有重要地位和作用,加强高校文化建设是全面提升办学水平、培养高素质人才的必然要求。要充分认识高校文化建设在以文化人育人、引领社会文化、展示国家形象等方面的重要作用,立足于高校的根本职能,找准高校文化建设的着力点,紧密结合高校特点,充分发挥高校优势,加强统筹协调,妥善把握和处理高校文化建设中的各种矛盾和问题,全面加强高校文化建设,促进办学水平和人才培养质量的提高。Cultural Development plays an important role in Universities’development and functions.It is necessity for comprehensively improving education level and cultivating high-quality talents.This paper makes it clear that cultural development is essential to cultivating talents,leading the social culture and demonstrating State image.Based on the basic function of Universities and combining the features of Universities,we should full make use of the advantages of Universities,strengthen coordination,handle the conflicts in Universities"cultural development,further the cultural development of Universities,and improve education level and quality of talents.
