摘 要:目的探讨SimMan3G模拟教学法在神经外科重症监护病房护士心肺复苏培训(CPR)中的应用效果。方法将2019年1月至2020年3月神经外科重症监护病房护士共126名,随机分为对照组(n=63)和观察组(n=63),对照组护士采用传统教学模式进行CPR培训,观察组护士采用SimMan3G模拟教学法进行CPR培训,比较两组的CPR理论知识与技能操作考核成绩、成就动机变化和护士对教学的满意度水平。结果观察组的理论成绩、技能操作成绩均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组的成就动机水平较培训前明显提高,且培训后观察组成就动机水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组对教学的满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论SimMan3G模拟教学法可提高神经外科重症监护病房护士CPR的培训效果和护士对教学满意度。Objective To explore the effects of SimMan3 G simulation teaching method in cardiopulmonary resuscitation training(CPR)for nurses in intensive care unit of neurosurgery.Methods A total of 126 nurses in the intensive care unit of neurosurgery from January 2019 to March 2020 were randomly divided into a control group(n=63)and an observation group(n=63).The nurses in the control group were teached by traditional teaching model for CPR training while the observation group by SimMan3 G simulation teaching method.The CPR theory and skill assessment,achievement motivation,and nurses’satisfaction with the teaching of the two groups were compared.Results The theoretical performance,skill performance of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The achievement motivation of the two groups increased significantly than before training,and the achievement motivation of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the satisfaction of the observation group with teaching was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion SimMan3 G simulation teaching method can improve the CPR training effect of nurses in neurosurgery intensive care unit and nurses’satisfaction with teaching.
