摘 要:受经费、生物安全及学时限制,细菌学检验综合性实验在实验教学中无法有效开展,是医药院校面临的共性问题。为解决实验教学资源匮乏问题,依托我校省级医学虚拟仿真实验教学平台,构建了中药饮片微生物污染检测虚拟仿真实验教学系统,用于卫生检验检疫及相关专业的综合性实验实训及实验课程考核评价。课程增强了理论技能的关联性与系统性,有助于培养学生的综合实践能力及岗位胜任力。试运行结果表明,系统稳定,学生认可度高,可作为理论教学及综合性实验教学的有力补充,在画面仿真度、系统运行流畅性等方面有待于进一步完善。Due to the cost,biosafety and time limit,it is a common problem faced by medical colleges that comprehensive experiments of bacteriological examination cannot be effectively carried out in the teaching laboratories.To ease the shortage of experimental teaching resources,a virtual simulation experimental teaching system about microbial contamination detection of Traditional Chinese Medicine decoction pieces is established depending on the provincial medical virtual simulation experimental teaching platform.The teaching system can be used as a comprehensive experimental training project of health inspection and quarantine,and an assessment system for experimental courses.The course enhanced the relevance and systematicness of theory and the experimental skills,and helped to develop the students’comprehensive practical ability and post competency.The first run results showed that the system was stable and highly accepted by the students,it can be a powerful supplement to theoretical teaching and comprehensive experimental teaching,but the picture fidelity and smoothness of the system needed to be further improved in the future.
