摘 要:目的探讨辩论式教学法在眼科临床见习教学中的应用效果及意义。方法采用实验对照研究方法,随机选择西安交通大学临床医学专业的一个班级进行辩论式教学方法的见习课授课,课程结束后以问卷调查来分析学生的反馈,并随机选择同专业未进行辩论式教学的班级进行期末考试成绩比较,从而分析其应用效果。结果调查问卷显示95.24%学生对此式教学效果予以肯定,且该班级期末考试成绩优于未进行辩论式教学的班级(P<0.01)。结论在眼科见习教学中采用辩论式教学法,可提升教学效果。Objective To explore the application effect and significance of debate teaching method in ophthalmic clinical probation teaching.Methods A class of clinical medicine major in Xi’an Jiaotong University was randomly selected to teach the debating teaching method.After the course,the feedback of students was analyzed by questionnaire survey,and the results of final examination were compared with those of the class without debating teaching in the same major,so as to analyze its application effect.Results The questionnaire showed that 95.24%of the students affirmed the effect of this teaching method,and the final examination score of this class was better than that of the class without debate teaching(P<0.01).Conclusion The debating teaching method can improve the teaching effect.
