摘 要:心理资本是促进教师职业生涯发展与绩效提升的重要心理资源,主要由自我效能感、乐观、希望和坚韧性四个维度构成。通过问卷调查发现,江苏省高职青年教师的心理资本处于中等偏上水平,并受性别差异、用工性质、工龄、受教育程度、工作岗位以及是否担任行政职务等因素的影响。因此,高职院校需要营造宽容的校园文化,坚持教师分类发展,实施青年教师诊断改进策略,培育青年教师创新精神,指导青年教师适当应对风险因素,从而不断提高青年教师的竞争优势。Psychological capital is an important psychological resource to promote teachers’career development and performance improvement,which is mainly composed of four dimensions:self-efficacy,optimism,hope and tenacity.Through the questionnaire survey,it is found that the psychological capital of young teachers in higher vocational colleges in Jiangsu Province is in the upper middle level,and is affected by gender differences,nature of employment,length of service,education level,employed position and whether they hold administrative positions.Therefore higher vocational colleges need to create a tolerant campus culture,adhere to the classified development of teachers,implement the diagnosis and improvement of young teachers,cultivate the innovative spirit of young teachers,guide them to deal with risk factors properly,and constantly improve their competitive advantages.
