摘　　要：目的调查不同级别肿瘤医院护士的心理健康状况。方法分别在北京和河南选择了一家三甲肿瘤医院和三家不同级别(省级、地市级、县级)肿瘤医院开展手机微信版问卷调查,目标人群为这些医院的肿瘤内科、肿瘤外科、放疗科、其他临床科室、辅助科室的在岗护士。结果肿瘤医院护士群体的心理健康不容乐观,经常处于焦虑、强迫和抑郁症状的比率已占到护士的30%~50%。年龄在25~34岁的护士中,三项心理症状的得分均最高。这些心理症状与护士的从业年限、工作科室、工作环境及工作强度密切相关。结论医疗机构和社会公众要关爱肿瘤医院护士,合理配置护理人力资源,营造宽容的护理人文环境。Objective To survey the physical and mental health of nurses in cancer hospitals of different levels.Methods One AAA cancer hospital and three different levels of cancer hospitals(provincial-level、city-level、country-level)in Beijing and Henan were selected,and a mobile WeChat survey was carried out.The target population were the nurses on duty in the oncology department,oncology surgery department,radiotherapy department,other clinical departments and auxiliary departments of those hospitals.Results The current physical and mental health condition of investigated nurses were not optimistic.The nurses often experienced anxiety,obsession,and depression had accounted for 30%to 50%.Those whose age was 25 to 34 years old had the highest scores of three psychological symptoms.The mental problems were closely associated with their working years,working department,working environment and working strength.Conclusion Medical institutions and the public should pay more attention to nurses in cancer hospitals.The hospital should dispose the structure of human resource reasonable and create a tolerant nursing humanistic environment.
