摘  要:教学是高校教师学术工作的重要组成部分,是一种独特的学术类型。文章采用定量和定性研究相结合的方法,编制了包括观念、知识、交流和反思等四个维度的调查问卷,对中国30个省、直辖市、自治区的40多所高校教师教学学术水平进行调查分析,多维度、全方位地展示中国高校教师教学学术水平现状。研究发现:中国高校教师教学学术整体水平良好,观念维度和反思维度对高校教师教学学术水平发展无显著影响;教学维度下的师生交流对于高校教师教学学术水平发展具有显著影响;知识维度下的各类知识在不同人口学变量下,对高校教师教学学术水平发展产生不同影响。因此,提出回归大学本质,实现教学学术系统性;促进交流与协作,构建教学学术共同体;关注性别、年龄的差异性,增强教学学术培训的针对性;注重信息技术素养,补齐高校教师教学学术短板的对策。Teaching is an important part of the academic work of college teachers,and it is a unique academic type.With the method of combining quantitative and qualitative research,this paper compiles the questionnaire including dimensions of concept,knowledge,communication and reflection,carries out the investigation and analysis of the teaching academics of 40 colleges and universities in 30 provinces of our country,and shows the present situation of teaching academic level of college teachers in our country in multiple dimensions and all-round directions.It is found that the overall teaching academic level of college teachers in our country is good,the concept dimension and the reflection dimension have no significant influence on the development of college teachers’teaching academic level,and the teacher-student communication under the teaching dimension has a significant influence on the development of college teachers’teaching academic level.Under the different demographic variables,various kinds of knowledge have different effects on the development of the academic level of college teachers.Therefore,it puts forward the countermeasures as follows:returning to the essence of university,realizing the systematicness of teaching academics;promoting communication and cooperation,constructing teaching academic community;paying attention to the differences in gender and age,strengthening the pertinence of teaching academic training;and paying attention to information technology literacy,so as to overcome the weak points of teaching academics among college teachers.
