“跟进式教育”理念下高校教学质量保障体系的探索与实践

摘　　要：教学质量是高校生存和发展的生命线,是衡量办学水平的重要指标,构建符合高校办学定位和人才培养目标的教学质量保障体系至关重要。常州大学根据"关注每一个个体的充分发展"的"跟进式教育"育人新模式,设计了"以学生为中心"的教学质量保障的框架,从教学质量标准系统、组织系统、过程监控系统、信息系统、评价与诊断系统、反馈与调控系统,构建了"跟进式教育"教学质量保障体系,从而推动学校人才培养质量的提升。Teaching quality is the lifeline for the survival and development of colleges and universities,and is an important indicator to measure the level of the institutions of higher education,so it is crucial to build the teaching quality guarantee system that conforms to the school-running orientation and the goal of talent training in colleges and universities.Based on the idea of"focusing on each individual’s full development",Changzhou University set up the"follow-up education"mode and designed the"student-centered"teaching quality guarantee framework.With the teaching quality standard system,organization system,process monitoring and control system,information system,evaluation and diagnosis system,feedback and regulation system,the"follow-up education"teaching quality guarantee system has been set up and achieved significant effect.
