摘　　要：思想政治教育是辅导员工作的核心任务,随着思想政治教育内涵的丰富和延伸,辅导员的时代使命也在不断演变。新时代,辅导员要深入学习贯彻习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想,解决好"培养什么人、怎样培养人、为谁培养人"这一关键问题,承担起"立德树人"的根本任务,坚持好社会主义大学"四个服务"的办学方向。面对时代命题,辅导员工作要融入更多人文关怀,在"爱与服务"的育人理念中培养理想信念坚定、健康全面发展的卓越人才。Ideological and political education is the essential work for college counselors.With the enrichment and extension of the connotation of ideological and political education,the mission of college counselors is constantly evolving with the times.In the new era,counselors should thoroughly study and implement Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for the New Era,solve the key problem of"who to train,how to train,and for whom to train",assume the fundamental task of"people and morality cultivation"and adhere to the"four services"direction for running the socialist university.Facing new challenges of the times,counselors also need to incorporate more humanistic care into their work,and cultivate excellent talents with firm beliefs,healthy and comprehensive development in accordance with the educational idea of"love and service".
