摘　　要：近年来,随着社会经济的不断发展,高校毕业生对“好”工作的要求标准不断提高,对工作的要求呈现“多元化”,慢就业现象愈加明显,大学生就业逐渐成为社会关注的热点。而《大学生职业发展与就业指导》则是针对帮助大学生确定生涯目标、理性择业、就业而开设的就业指导类课程。由于该课程在我国高校开设的时间较短,课程体系还不够完善,因此,文章对课程的开课现状进行调研,分析目前存在的主要问题,并提出应采取的完善措施,逐步完善课程体系建设。In recent years,with the continuous development of social economy,the requirements of college graduates for"good"work are constantly improving,the requirements for work are"diversified",the phenomenon of slow employment is more and more obvious,and the employment of college students has gradually become a hot topic of social concern."Career development and employment guidance for college students"is to help college students to determine career goals,rational career selection,employment and career guidance courses.Due to the short time of the course in China's colleges and universities,the course system is not complete.Therefore,this paper investigates the current situation of the course,analyzes the main problems,and puts forward the improvement measures to gradually improve the construction of the course system.
