摘 要:青少年运动员的体质状况不同于成年人,因此对青少年运动员展开的训练需要符合其身体的承受能力,才能有效提高青少年运动员的整体成绩,激发其运动潜能。本文以福建省某运动学校为例,对青少年举重运动员速度力量训练的重要性进行分析,并探究出青少年举重运动员速度力量训练的方法,以期能够为青少年举重运动员的训练提供借鉴作用。The physical condition of young athletes is different from that of adults,so the training for young athletes needs to be in line with their physical endurance,so as to effectively improve the overall performance of young athletes and stimulate their sports potential.Taking a sports school in Fujian Province as an example,this paper analyzes the importance of speed strength training for young weightlifters,and explores the methods of speed strength training for young weightlifters,in order to provide reference for the training of young weightlifters.
