摘 要:本文初步探讨了基于岗位胜任力的基层应用型护理人才校-院-社区协同培养体系构建与实践,其重点是运用岗位胜任力相关理论,提出基层护理岗位胜任力模型,分析基层护理岗位胜任力,解决基层护理岗位胜任力内涵界定不统一、不系统问题,创新校-院-社区协同培养机制,重构基层应用型护理人才培养体系,在实践中培养符合基层护理服务需要的护理人才,提高基层护理人员能力和素质,从而提高基层护理服务水平。this paper briefly discuss the construction and practice of the school-hospital-community collaborative training system based on post competence for basic-level applied nursing talents.Key issues for this collaborative training system are:application of relevant theories of post competence,proposing the post competence model of basic-level nursing,analysis of the post competence of basic-level nursing,solving problems referring to the definition of primary nursing post competency,innovating the mechanism of school-college-community collaborative training,reconstructing the application-oriented nursing talent training system,cultivating nursing talents that meet the needs of primary care services in practice,improving the ability and quality of primary care staff,and improving the level of primary nursing service.
