摘 要:民办教育开创了我国聋人学校教育的先河,培养了聋人教育的早期师资,启动了聋人教育研究工作,也是开办聋人专科教育的先行者,为公立聋人教育的发展积蓄了力量,并且长期作为公立聋人教育的有力补充,在我国聋人教育史上发挥了重要作用。当前,民办聋人教育正在走向更为广阔的终身教育领域,认可其社会价值,完善其支持保障体系,加强自身内涵建设,向高等教育阶段延伸,加强对外交流合作将为民办聋人教育的发展注入新动力。In China,private education first started school education of the deaf,trained the teachers for the deaf education,and launched the deaf education research,which is also the pioneer of higher education of the deaf and supported the development of public education of the deaf.At present,the development trend of private deaf education in the new era is moving from the traditional preschool rehabilitation and basic education to a broader lifelong education field,in which the social value of private deaf education needs to be recognized and the support system should be perfected with the extension to higher education and international exchange and cooperation.
