摘 要:CVT由于具有结构紧凑、平顺性好、优良燃油经济性等特点,在汽车传动系统研究领域应用广泛。传统离线仿真受数学建模等局限性,难以保证仿真结果的可信度和精度。硬件在环仿真测试能够模拟汽车在实际中的各种极限工况,重复性好,同时可以在测试过程中修改模型方案和快速进行验证,极大程度地降低控制系统开发过程中的成本,缩短开发周期,提高模型的准确程度。基于NI-PXI硬件在环测试系统与NI公司提供的VeriStand软件搭建金属带式CVT硬件在环测试平台,同时利用ECM控制单元和Woodward公司提供的MotoHawk、MotoTune软件下载控制算法模型,对CVT电液控制系统模型与控制算法进行联合仿真完成实时仿真验证。测试结果证明设计的CVT硬件在环仿真系统的有效性与准确性良好。CVT has the characteristics of compact structure,good smoothness and excellent fuel economy,it is widely used in the research field of automotive transmission systems. Traditional offline simulation is limited by mathematical modeling,and it is difficult to guarantee the credibility and accuracy of the simulation results. The hardware-in-the-loop simulation test can simulate various extreme conditions of the car in practice,and has good repeatability. At the same time,it can modify the model plan and quickly verify during the test process,greatly reducing the cost and shortening of the control system development process,improving the accuracy of the model. Based on the NI-PXI hardware-in-the-loop test system and the VeriStand software provided by National Instruments,this paper builds a metal-belt CVT hardware-in-the-loop test platform. At the same time,the ECM control unit and Woodward’s MotoHawk and MotoTune software download control algorithm models are used to control the CVT. The liquid control system model and the control algorithm are jointly simulated to complete the real-time simulation verification. The test results prove that the validity and accuracy of the CVT hardware-in-the-loop simulation system designed is good in this paper.
