高职院校学术文化建设的困境与对策研究

摘　　要：立足于我国高职院校实际,从学术方向、学术素质、学术权力、学术讨论四方面调研了科研工作和学术文化建设存在的问题,通过对思想教育、价值指向、管理机制以及激励手段等方面的深入剖析,查找了根源所在,从而探寻出加强思想引导、突出使命牵引、注重作风锤炼、倡导典型引领和强化标准检验的学术文化建设路径,为高职院校提供了有益的参考。Based on the actual situation of vocational colleges in China,it is necessary to investigate the problems existed in scientific research and academic culture from four aspects such as academic direction,academic quality,academic power,and academic discussions.It is clear that through investigating ideological education,value orientation,management mechanism,and incentive methods the root of problems has been found.Then,the paper tries to explore the path of academic culture construction,which can strengthen ideological guidance,highlights mission traction,advocate typical guidance,and enhance standard inspection.Surely,the research might provide useful reference for vocational colleges.
