摘　　要：介绍目标预测法的概念,研究目标预测法应用于权重设置的步骤。以高职院校二级机构科研绩效评价指标体系为研究对象,甄别评价的准则,构建体系的组成单元,按目标预测法开展权重设置的步骤,设置该体系各单元的权重,以期为相关评价体系权重的设置和方案的甄别提供思路和方法。The paper introduces the concept of target prediction method and studies the application of its steps to weight setting.Taking the scientific research performance evaluation index system of secondary department in higher vocational colleges as the research object,the article discriminates the evaluation criteria,constructs the constituent units of the system,carries out the steps of setting the weight according to the target prediction method,and sets the weight of each unit of the system.The purpose is to provide ideas and methods for the setting of the weight of the relevant evaluation system and the discrimination of the scheme.
