摘  要:基于利益相关者视角,对我国武术教育改革存在的问题及原因进行了分析。研究认为,我国推进多年的武术教育改革思想仍停留在理论层面,实践环节无法落地,主要原因在于学校顾虑武术攻防技击教学的安全性问题,大部分在职教师也不具备武术攻防技击的教学能力,致使武术教育改革思想与学校及教师之间存在较大的利益冲突。校方的“安全之忧”和教师的“技击教学能力缺乏”已成为武术教育改革推进的最大阻力。提出了以下应对策略:在强化武术教育改革必要性和重要性的前提下,构建安全规范的武术攻防技击教学体系、培育教师的武术攻防技击教学能力,保障武术教育改革参与者的利益收入,充分协调好武术教育改革进程中的利益关系,夯实武术教育改革顺利推进的基础。Based on the perspective of stakeholders,this paper analyzed the problems and reasons of Wushu educational reform in China.It was shown that the reform has not been executed well because the school concerned more about the safety of attack and defense teaching,and most of the in-service teachers did not have the required teaching ability,which led to the great conflict of interest between Wushu educational reform thoughts,schools and teachers.This paper put forward the following countermeasures:on the basis of strengthening the necessity and importance of Wushu educational reform,a safe and standardized Wushu attack and defense teaching system should be built;the teachers'Wushu attack and defense teaching ability should be promoted;the interest of Wushu educational reform participants should be ensured;the interest relationship in the process of Wushu education reform should be coordinated,and a solid foundation for the smooth promotion of Wushu education reform should be laid.
