摘 要:目的探讨360°全方位带教护士评价体系在产科助产士带教质量评价中的应用。方法选取2017年8月—2018年6月在医院产科(产房)实习的32名助产士作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各16名。两组助产士均由同一组6名带教教师进行临床护理带教,观察组采用360°全方位带教护士评价体系,对照组助产士采用传统评教考核办法。带教20周后分别对带教教师的教学质量、助产士的护理质量及对本次带教的满意度进行评价。结果两组带教教师的专业知识及专业技能评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但观察组带教教师的教学态度、带教管理、带教技巧等3项维度的评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组助产士的护理品德、护理知识、护理技能和护理能力各项评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的带教教师满意率(100%)、助产士满意率(93.75%)均高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);产妇的满意率(96.16%)显著提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产科助产士带教过程中应用360°全方位带教护士评价体系可有效分析带教过程中存在的问题,提高带教教师的教学质量、助产士的护理质量,有效提高带教教师、助产士及患者对带教过程的满意度。Objective To explore the application of 360-degree comprehensive evaluation system for teaching nurses in obstetric midwives. Methods From August 2017 to June 2018,32 midwives who were practicing in obstetrics(maternity room) of our hospital were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 16 in each group. The two groups of midwives were taught by the same group of 6 teaching teachers. The observation group adopted 360-degree comprehensive evaluation system for teaching nurses, while the control group adopted traditional evaluation method for midwives. After 20 weeks of teaching, the teaching quality of teachers, the nursing quality of midwives and their satisfaction with the teaching were evaluated. Results There was no significant difference in the professional knowledge and skills scores between the two groups(P > 0.05), but the scores of teaching attitude, teaching management and teaching skills of the teachers in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05);the scores of nursing morality, nursing knowledge, nursing skills and nursing ability of the midwives in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05). The satisfaction rate of teachers(100%) and midwives(93.75%) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05). The satisfaction rate of pregnant women(96.16%) was significantly improved, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of 360-degree comprehensive evaluation system for teaching nurses in obstetric midwives can effectively analyze the problems existing in the teaching process, improve the teaching quality of teaching teachers and the nursing quality of midwives, and effectively improve the satisfaction of teaching teachers, midwives and patients with the teaching process.
