摘 要:研究生教育是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,是我国社会经济发展所需创新人才的主要来源。随着社会对高层次人才需求的不断增长,研究生教育迅猛发展,招生规模不断扩大,现行的单一导师制培养模式缺点日益显现,制约了研究生科研和创新能力的提高。因此,探索一种高效、可行的研究生培养模式迫在眉睫。实行导师团队模式是新时代研究生教育的必然趋势,提高导师团队科研素质,提高医学研究生的科研能力,在科研领域表现得尤为重要。利用高校的资源优势,建立健全导师团队,为研究生综合素质的提高、提高我国医学研究生的创新能力夯实基础。In our country, postgraduate education is an important part of higher education system, and is the main resource of innovative talents needed for social and economic development. With the increasing demand for high-level talents, postgraduate education is developing rapidly, and the enrollment scale is expanding constantly. As a result, the disadvantages of the current single-tutor system are becoming more and more obvious, restricting the improvement of postgraduate in scientific research and innovation capabilities. Therefore, it is extremely urgent to explore a high-effective and feasible training pattern for postgraduate students. Implementing the tutor team mode is an inevitable trend of postgraduate education in the new era, and it’s particularly important to improve the scientific research quality of the tutor team and the scientific research ability of medical postgraduates in the field of scientific research. By utilizing the resource advantages of higher school, a sound tutor team can be established, laying a solid foundation for the improvement of comprehensive quality of postgraduates and the improvement of innovation ability of medical postgraduates in China.
