摘  要:目的探讨情景教学模式和临床护理路径式教学在手术室护理带教中的应用。方法选择2018年9月—2019年8月蚌埠医学院的第一附属医院手术室实习生74名作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组两组,每组各37名。对照组采取传统的带教方法,实验组采用情景教学和临床路径带教方式带教,对比两组带教效果。结果实验组学生理论和实践操作成绩明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。满意度调查分析中,实验组学生对带教模式的满意度明显高于对照组。结论手术室护理带教中采用情景带教和临床路径带教模式,能有效提高实习生的理论和实验技能能力的培养,值得临床进一步推广和应用。Objective To explore the application of situational teaching mode and clinical nursing pathway teaching in nursing teaching in operating room.Methods From September 2018 to August 2019, 74 interns in operating room in the first affiliated hospital of Bengbu Medical College were randomly selected as the study objects, and randomly divided into control group(n=37) and experimental group(n=37). The control group adopted the traditional teaching method, and the experimental group adopted the situational teaching and clinical path teaching method, and the teaching effect of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of theory and practice in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant. In the survey and analysis of satisfaction, the satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group.Conclusions Situational teaching and clinical pathway teaching mode could effectively improve the theoretical and experimental skills of interns,which is worthy of further clinical promotion and application.
