摘 要:职业学校开展劳动教育是促进人的全面发展的重要途径,也是对“为谁培养人”“培养什么样的人”的重要应答。新时代职业学校劳动教育的内涵是培养学生正确的劳动价值观和扎实的劳动知识技能,并具备创造性劳动的能力和积极心态,养成良好的劳动习惯。其目标是为了培养学生在国家和公共利益宏观层面的劳动担当,运用劳动技能解决现实问题的劳动能力,权衡现实问题达成劳动标准的劳动精神。职业学校劳动教育的实施可以通过劳动价值观教育,结合人才培养方案实现融合;确立实习实训课程载体,打通劳动教育“术”“道”鸿沟;完善科学评价体系,确保劳动教育评价“质”“量”同步;建立校内外协同机制,形成“家校社企”劳动教育合力四个方面来展开。Vocational schools carry out labor education is an important way to promote the all-round development of people,and also an important response to"who to train people for"and"what kind of people to train".The connotation of labor education in vocational schools in the new era is to cultivate students'correct labor values and skilled labor skills,equipped with the ability and positive attitude of creative labor,and to form good labor habits.Its goal is to cultivate students'labor responsibility at the macro level of national and public interests,to use labor skills to solve practical problems,and to weigh practical problems to achieve labor standards.The implementation of labor education in vocational schools can be realized through the education of labor values and the talent cultivation program;the carrier of practical training courses should be established to bridge the gap between"knowledge"and"skill"of labor education;the scientific evaluation system should be improved to ensure the synchronization of"quality"and"quantity"of labor education evaluation;the internal and external coordination mechanism should be established to form the joint force of labor education of"family,school,society and enterprise".
