基于SWOT的高职共青团第二课堂的现状分析与对策

摘　　要：共青团第二课堂为学生提供良好的实践平台,是学生素质教育的重要载体。此文以SWOT理论为基础,深入分析共青团第二课堂发展的优势与劣势、机会与威胁,并提出建设高质量第二课堂活动库、组建指导教师团队、加大激励措施等对策,以促进学生的全面发展。The second classroom of the Communist Youth League provides a good practice platform for students and is an important carrier of students’quality-oriented education.This paper analyzes the strength and weakness,opportunities and threats for the development of the second classroom of the Communist Youth League based on the SWOT theory,and puts forward countermeasures,such as constructing high-quality the second classroom activity library,setting up a team of instructors and strengthening incentive measures,to promote the all-round development of students.
