高校文秘专业校内实训教学模式改革探究——基于校内资源融合

摘　　要：校内实训是高校培养高素质应用型秘书人才的重要途径。然而,文秘专业校内实训室硬件条件和文秘专任教师师资力量普遍比较薄弱,文秘专业传统的校内实训教学模式难以收到实效。融合校内资源开创校内跟岗实训教学模式,具有很强的实际应用价值,能在高校原有资源条件的基础上形成"无偿性工学结合教学模式"、"双导师制教学模式"、"互助式教学模式",帮助文秘学生掌握秘书职业技能技巧,为高校培养高素质应用型秘书人才提供有效途径。On-campus training is the main way for colleges and universities to train high quality applied secretary talents.However,the hardware conditions of training rooms and professional teachers of secretarial major are generally weak.It is of great practical value to combine the resources of the university to create the teaching model of on-campus practical training.It can form the"cost-free work-integrated learning teaching mode","double tutorial teaching mode","mutual-aid teaching mode"on the basis of the original resources in colleges and universities,helping students master secretary vocational skills and providing an effective way for colleges and universities to train high-quality applied secretary talents.
