摘　　要：染色体脆性位点(fragile site)是正常基因组中位点特异的不稳定区域,包括88个普通型脆性位点(common fragile site,CFS)和39个稀有型脆性位点(rare fragile site),稀有型脆性位点与肿瘤的关系并不明确,普通型脆性位点与多种肿瘤基因组变异位点相一致,它们与肿瘤的发生发展密切相关,但至今多数普通型脆性位点的分子基础仍不清楚。FATS(fragile-site associated tumor suppressor)是最新发现的普通型脆性位点基因,是具有重要生物学功能的肿瘤分子标记物。本文对染色体脆性位点以及全新普通型脆性位点基因FATS的研究进展进行综述。Chromosome fragile site is a site-specific unstable region in the normal genome,including 88 common fragile sites(CFS)and 39 rare fragile sites,rare fragile sites has no correlation with cancer,and CFS is consistent with the mutational sites of many tumor genomes.So far,the molecular basis of most CFS remains unclear,which is closely related to the occurrence and development of tumors.FATS(fragile-site associated tumor suppressor)is a newly discovered common fragile sites gene,which is a molecular marker of cancer with important biological functions.This review summarizes the research progress of chromosome fragile sites and novel common fragile sites gene FATS.
