摘  要:为解决新工科教育背景下物流工程专业人才培养的实践教学难题,分析了当前我国普通高等学校物流人才教育存在的不足,总结了物流工程专业实践教学的痛点和难点。以上海海事大学港航物流特色专业为例,提出一套“智慧港口物流”创新实践方案,并实施了面向工程教育认证理念的创新型实践教学体系和措施,为新时代物流业高质量发展提供良好的人才保障。In order to solve the practical teaching difficult problem of professional training in logistics engineering under the background of emerging engineering education,this paper analyzes the shortcomings of current logistics education in ordinary higher education institutions in China,and summarizes the pain points and difficulties in practical teaching of logistics engineering specialty.Taking Shanghai Maritime University's port and shipping logistics specialty as an example,a set of“smart port logistics”innovative workshop scheme was proposed,and innovative practice teaching reform measures for engineering education certification concept were implemented,so as to provide a good talent guarantee for high-quality development of logistics industry in the new era.
