摘　　要：目的:探讨新冠肺炎疫情下方舱医院护士工作满意度与团队合作度现状及其相关性。方法:采用整群抽取法,抽取方舱医院来自全国不同地域、不同单位的405名护士,使用一般资料问卷、护士工作满意度量表(NJSS)、护士团队合作度量表(NTS)进行调查。结果:护士NJSS评分(73.27±7.80)分,NTS评分(128.14±22.39)分;相关分析显示,护士工作满意度与团队合作度呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论:方舱医院护士工作满意度与团队合作度处于较高水平,护理工作满意度与团队合作度呈正相关,因此,为方舱医院护理管理者加强护理团队建设和提高护理质量提供了重要依据。Objective:To explore the status and correlation between job satisfaction and teamwork degree of nurses in mobile cabin hospitals under COVID-19 epidemic.Methods:Cluster sampling method was used to select 405 nurses from different regions and units in mobile cabin hospitals.General information questionnaire,Nurses′Job Satisfaction Scale(NJSS)and nurses′Teamwork Scale(NTS)were used for investigation.Results:NJSS score was(73.27±7.80)and NTS score was(128.14±22.39).Correlation analysis showed that nurses′job satisfaction was positively correlated with teamwork(P<0.01).Conclusion:The job satisfaction of nurses in mobile cabin hospitals is at a high level with the degree of teamwork,and the degree of nursing satisfaction is positively correlated with the degree of teamwork.Therefore,it provides an important basis for nursing managers in mobile cabin hospitals to strengthen the construction of nursing team and improve the quality of nursing.
