摘　　要：习近平总书记在党的十九大报告中指出要“加强师德师风,培养高素质教师队伍”。研究生教育是教育强国建设的制高点和“神经中枢”,而研究生导师作为国家培养一流研究生人才的直接责任人,是我国研究生培养的关键力量,导师自身素质直接影响对研究生的指导能力、研究生的培养质量和研究生的综合素质。对于如何提升研究生导师自身教育指导能力,强化导师责任,提高导师师德师风水平,加强思想政治教育工作已成为当前的热门话题。文章有针对性的分析了研究生导师在“立德树人”教育中发挥作用不充分的原因,及对如何强化研究生导师在研究生“立德树人”教育过程中作用提出若干建议。In the nineteen major reports of the party,general secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that we should strengthen the ethics of teachers and train high-quality teachers.Graduate education is the commanding point and"nerve center"of the construction of a powerful education country.As the direct person in charge of training first-class graduate talents in China,graduate tutors are the key force of graduate training.The quality of tutors directly affects the guiding ability,training quality and comprehensive quality of graduate students.How to improve the tutor's ability of education and guidance,strengthen the tutor's responsibility,improve the tutor's morality and style,and strengthen the ideological and political education has become a hot topic.This paper aims to analyze the reasons for the inadequate role of graduate tutors in the education of"moral education",and put forward some suggestions on how to strengthen the role of graduate tutors in the education of"moral education".
