摘　　要：我国的教育一直强调理论与实践相结合,高职院校实验室作为实践锻炼的一种方式,是理论与实践相结合的最好场所。文章探究创新人才培养下高职院校实验室建设和管理措施,并以高职院校纺织专业为例。China’s education has always emphasized the combination of theory and practice.As a way of practical exercise,the laboratory of higher vocational colleges is the best place for combining theory and practice.This paper takes the textile specialty of higher vocational colleges as an example,and explores the laboratory construction and management measures of higher vocational colleges under the cultivation of innovative talents.
