摘 要:目的探讨CBL结合Paper Review教学模式在妇产科住院医师规范化培训中的应用价值。方法选取30名在中国医科大学附属盛京医院妇产科进行规范化培训的医师为研究对象,随机分为试验组(CBL联合Paper Review教学模式)和对照组(传统LBL教学模式),对比学生出科时理论考试和实践技能考核成绩,并进行问卷调查了解学生的满意度。结果两组的理论知识考试成绩无明显差异,P>0.05,试验组的实践技能考核成绩高于对照组,P<0.05;试验组学生在学习兴趣、自主学习能力、临床病例分析能力、团队协作能力、科研思维培养等方面满意程度均高于对照组,但在学习效率方面,试验组低于对照组,P<0.05。结论CBL联合Paper Review教学模式为住院医师规范化培训教学提供了新的思路。Objective To explore the application value of CBL combined with Paper Review teaching mode in the Obstetrics and Gynecology standardized training of residents.Methods Thirty doctors who had standardized training in obstetrics and Gynecology Department of Shengjing Hospital affiliated to China Medical University were selected as subjects of study.,randomly divided into experimental group(CBL combined with Paper Review teaching model)and control group(traditional LBL teaching model),the results of students’theoretical examination and practical skills assessment were compared,and a questionnaire survey was conducted to understand the students'satisfaction with the teaching methods.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),the satisfaction degree of the experimental group students in learning interest,autonomous learning ability,clinical case analysis ability,team cooperation ability,scientific research thinking training and other aspects were higher than the control group P<0.05,but in terms of learning efficiency,the experimental group was lower than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion CBL combined with Paper Review teaching model provides a new way for the standardized training of residents,which needs to be further promoted and applied.
