足踝外科门诊教学在住院医师诊治能力培训中的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨足踝外科门诊在全科住院医师规范化培训中的作用。方法以全科住院医师规范化培训基地的抽取本科毕业无工作经验的42名全科住院医师为研究对象,随机分为两组,门诊组和病房组,各21名。分别采用在门诊和病房规范化培训,比较其诊疗的病种及患者数量,同时比较在社区门诊的诊治正确率。结果门诊规范化培训诊疗病种数明显高于病房规范化培训组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),门诊规范化培训诊疗患者数明显高于病房规范化培训组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),门诊规范化培训者社区门诊诊治正确率明显高于病房规范化培训组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论门诊规范化培训在足踝外科疾病诊治中更能满足全科住院医师的社区需求。Objective To explore the role of foot and ankle surgery clinics in the standardized training of general residents.Methods Forty-two general residents with no bachelor's degree and no work experience were selected as the research objects from the standardized training base for general residents.They were randomly divided into two groups,outpatient group and ward group,21 each.Standardized training was used in outpatient and ward,respectively,to compare the types and numbers of diseases diagnosed and treated,and to compare the accuracy of diagnosis and treatment in community clinics.Results The number of outpatient standardized training diagnosis and treatment was significantly higher than that of the ward standardized training group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of outpatient standardized training diagnosis and treatment was significantly higher than the ward standardized training group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The correct rate of outpatient standardized training in community outpatient training was significantly higher than that in the ward standardized training group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The standardized outpatient training can better meet the community needs of general residents in the diagnosis and treatment of foot and ankle surgery diseases.
