摘  要:目的分析手术室实习护生教学中实施情境模拟教学查房的价值。方法将2017年6月—2018年6月医院42名手术室实习护生列为本次研究中的参照组,给予开展传统带教模式,另将医院2018年7月—2019年7月42名手术室实习护生列为本次研究中的试验组,给予开展情景模拟教学查房模式。对理论知识、操作技能评分进行对比统计,另比较两组对带教模式的满意度。结果带教模式满意度数据统计对比分析,试验组总满意度97.62%(41/42)例高于参照组总满意度76.19%(32/42)例,经过χ^2检验后,χ^2=9.0242,P=0.0036,组间差异存在统计学意义P<0.05。理论知识与操作技能评分评价分析,试验组理论知识评分与操作技能评分均高于参照组同等数据评分,经过t检验后,t=16.1113,P=0.0000;t=13.7118,P=0.0000,数据差异存在统计学意义存在,P<0.05。结论针对手术室实习护生教学当中运用情景模拟教学查房带教措施,可全面提升护生整体操作技能以及对理论知识的掌握情况,并且相比传统带教,护生对该种带教方式的满意度也相对较高。Objective To analyze the value of implementing situational simulation teaching rounds in the teaching of nursing students in operating rooms.Methods From June 2017 to June 2018,42 operating room nursing students in our hospital were listed as the reference group in this study,and the traditional teaching mode was given.The other school will be from July 2018 to July 2019.The 42 operating room internship nurses were listed in the experimental group in this study,and the scenario simulation teaching round-robin mode was given.Compare the theoretical knowledge and operational skill scores,and compare the satisfaction of the two groups with the teaching model.Results Comparative analysis of the satisfaction data of teaching mode,the total satisfaction of the experimental group was 97.62%(41/42),which was higher than the total satisfaction of the reference group by 76.19%(32/42).After the 2 test,the data was compared with the value ofχ^2=9.0242,P=0.0036,there was a statistically significant difference between groups(P<0.05).Theoretical knowledge and operational skill score evaluation analysis,the experimental group's theoretical knowledge score and operational skill score were higher than the reference group's equivalent data score.After t value test,the data was compared with t=16.1113,P=0.0000;t=13.7118,P=0.0000,and the data showed statistical significance of P<0.05.Conclusion In the teaching of operating room nursing students,the use of scenario simulation teaching ward rounding teaching measures can comprehensively improve the overall operational skills of the nursing students and the mastery of theoretical knowledge,and the nursing students will teach this kind of teaching compared with the traditional teaching.The satisfaction of the method is also relatively high.
