摘　　要：自从2015年中国政府提出了“一带一路”的倡议,语言教育愈显重要,高等教育的语言教学应该积极采取相应举施。根据国、内外文献分析研究,借助市场需求对外语人才的供给的现状,本研究通过问卷调查和调研,运用社会调查法和文献研究法提出“语言+专业+创业”的创新人才培养模式,同时优化调整专业师资队伍,改进课堂教学方法,建立以语言教学为基础,专业课为平台,增强创新意识,构建多元的商务英语实践教学考核评价方式,从而实现新形式下专业特色教学的创新模式,为加速经济发展培养出更多复合型、应用型的人才。This research carries out the questionnaire and finds the demands for foreign language talent in markets by the social survey.We suggest that the new talent training model,which is"language,professional entrepreneurship and innovation".While we train the professional teachers,the teachers should improve their classroom teaching methods,establishing a practical teaching system,which is the basis for language teaching and the professional courses for the platform,enhancing the students'innovative awareness.When we build a multi-dimensional business English practice teaching assessment mode,we can achieve the new form of professional characteristics in teaching,and accelerating the development in training the multi-type,applied talent.
