摘　　要：美育是审美和人文素质教育,也是最重要、最基础的人生观教育。高职学生的人文素养普遍和学习基础一样不容乐观,借力文化名人,强化审美教育,可助力高职院校培育出具有社会主义核心价值观的现代职业人。关键要做到在学生认知基础上挖掘、选择教育教学素材,准确、全面地梳理出其中的美育契合点,重视课程建设,并融入教育教学全过程。Aesthetic education is the education of aesthetic appreciation and humanistic quality,and also is the most important and basic education of outlook on life.The humanistic quality of the students in higher vocational colleges is as bad as the foundation of study.The strengthening of aesthetic education by means of cultural celebrities can help higher vocational colleges to cultivate modern professionals with socialist core values.The key is to excavate and select teaching materials on the basis of students'cognition,comb out the meeting point of aesthetic education accurately and comprehensively,attach importance to curriculum construction,and integrate into the whole process of education and teaching.
