摘  要:在新时代中国特色社会主义经济建设背景下,高职高专院校作为复合型技术技能人才培养重要基地,其学生职业素养培育和提升的质量,日益受到社会广泛关注。文章通过阐释传统文化在学生职业素养教育中的实际效用,对传统文化融入高职高专学生职业素养培育过程中亟待解决的问题进行剖析,并提出可行性的提升路径。In the context of socialist economic construction with Chinese Characteristics in the new era,the cultivation and improvement of students’professional accomplishment in higher vocational colleges,which act as the important bases for cultivating skilled composite talents,have increasingly drawn the attention of the public.This paper attempts to interpret the practical effect of traditional culture on professional accomplishment education,further analyzes urgent problems to be solved in the process of integrating traditional culture into professional accomplishment cultivation of students in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward feasible path for improving professional accomplishment cultivation.
